4. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you use Corivio on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to submit information and use the service on behalf of that organization.

You agree not to upload or submit any files, reports, confidential data, personal data, client data, or proprietary information unless you have the right and authorization to do so.

5. User Submissions and Business Files

Corivio may allow users to submit forms, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, notes, campaign exports, CRM snapshots, sales files, or other business materials. You retain ownership of the materials you submit, subject to the limited rights necessary for Corivio to process, analyze, summarize, and generate outputs based on those materials.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any information you provide.

6. AI-Assisted Processing

Corivio may use AI models, analytics workflows, software tools, third-party APIs, and human review where appropriate to process submitted information and generate insights. Outputs may include summaries, recommendations, charts, talking points, risk assessments, and business narratives.

Corivio is designed to support business decision-making, but outputs should be reviewed by users before being relied upon. Corivio does not guarantee that all outputs will be complete, accurate, error-free, or suitable for every business decision.

7. No Professional Advice

Corivio provides business intelligence and decision-support outputs. Corivio does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require specialized advice.

8. Confidentiality and Data Use

We aim to handle submitted business information responsibly and confidentially. Uploaded or submitted business information is not intended to be used to train public AI models. However, Corivio may use submitted information as necessary to provide the requested service, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, comply with legal obligations, and maintain platform security.

Users should not submit highly sensitive personal information, regulated data, trade secrets, or third-party confidential information unless they are authorized to do so and the intended use is appropriate.

9. Account Registration and Security

Some Corivio features may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

14. Disclaimers

Corivio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
