Marketing Investment Decision Platform

Tell Corivio the goal.
See what it takes.

Start with the business outcome. Corivio tests what the evidence supports, estimates the investment required, identifies the growth constraint, and builds the plan.

01 / Start with your goal

I know my goal.
Tell me what it takes.

Enter a growth target and a few planning constraints. See what your current resources support, what needs to change, and where the growth constraint may sit.

Set the goal

Work backward from the outcome, not from a fixed media budget.
Illustrative planning preview. Your business case would use your available history, response evidence, constraints and outcomes.

Goal assessment

Current plan supports7,900
Investment required$1,400,000
Resource gap$300,000
Primary growth constraint Demand capture

Some downstream pressure is limiting how efficiently new media demand converts.

What Corivio would do Adjust, then test

Protect the goal, but validate additional scale before committing the full incremental budget.

Keep the goal only if investment and downstream capacity can increase.

At the current budget, Corivio would recommend adjusting the goal or improving capture efficiency before forcing more spend into the system.

Keep budget≈ 7,900 customersResize the target to current resources.
Keep goal≈ $1,400,000Increase investment if the system can absorb it.
Keep budget + goalCPA ≤ $110Efficiency must improve enough to make the math work.
How this preview is calculated

Required investment is based on the goal and an illustrative planning CPA. The planning CPA adjusts the CPA you enter for timing, planning posture and downstream conversion capacity. This preview demonstrates the decision logic; it is not a forecast for your business.

Bring your planning questionMove from reporting to a decision
Can we hit the goal? What can current resources realistically support?
What will it take? What investment, efficiency or timing change closes the gap?
Where should the next $100K go?Which investments still have room to scale?
What if budget changes 10-20%?See the tradeoff before the plan changes.
What is limiting growth?Media, demand capture, conversion capacity or another constraint?
02 / Find the real growth constraint

Don't confuse where the customer converted with what caused the customer to convert.

Media often creates demand that is captured somewhere else, search, affiliates, a website, a branch, a sales team or another fulfillment channel. More media can increase the pressure. Growth only happens if the rest of the system can absorb it.

See the full path from media pressure to business outcome.

The practical question is simple: where is the real constraint?

More media is not always the answer. If demand capture or fulfillment is constrained, more media can simply add pressure to the system. See when to scale media and when the smarter move is to fix the bottleneck first.
03 / Use the evidence you already have

Bring the evidence you already have.

Use MMM, attribution, experiments, reach, platform data and CRM together without forcing them into one methodology.

Strategic

MMM

Longer-horizon response, diminishing returns and investment sizing.

Tactical

Attribution / MTA

Fast channel and journey signals for where outcomes are appearing.

Causal

Incrementality

Experiments and lift evidence that strengthen causal confidence.

Audience

Reach + identity

Incremental reach, overlap, frequency and exposure-to-outcome signals.

Operational

Platforms

Current spend, delivery, conversions and fast-moving performance.

Business truth

CRM + sales

Customers, revenue, value and the outcomes the plan ultimately serves.

Multiple sources of evidence.
One place to make the decision.

Bring the signals together, make assumptions visible, see where they disagree, and turn the evidence into a clear investment decision.

04 / Know when the next dollar still works

More spend can create growth. It can also create waste.

The key question is not simply whether a channel works. It is whether the next dollar still has enough room to work.

Illustrative response curve

See where incremental investment is still productive, where returns begin to flatten, and when another constraint becomes more important than media scale.

Media investment Business outcome Diminishing returns Saturation risk Efficient growth Marginal value falls Scale carefully
Question 1How much can this channel absorb?

Estimate where the next dollar begins to lose productivity.

Question 2Is media still the constraint?

If downstream conversion is tight, more spend may not create proportional growth.

Question 3What do we test next?

Use controlled increases to validate the next step before a large reallocation.

05 / Match the action to the evidence

Know when to move. Know when to learn first.

Every recommendation should make the next move clear and show the level of evidence behind it.

ACTScale or reallocate

The evidence is strong enough for a controlled move.

TESTValidate the next step

Signals are promising, but a test can reduce uncertainty.

ADJUSTReconcile goal and resources

Budget, timing, efficiency or capacity needs to change.

HOLDProtect optionality

The evidence does not justify a major move yet.

07 / Built for controlled evaluation

Explore the workflow without exposing client data.

The Vector demo can be evaluated with a realistic scenario first. When your own data is introduced, assumptions, access and approval rules can be defined explicitly.

Start safelyNo client data is required for the demo.

Explore the planning workflow before deciding whether to bring your own data into an evaluation.

Recommendations are presented with the evidence, constraints and confidence behind the decision.

Corivio supports the planning decision. Your team decides what to approve and execute.

08 / Before you try it

What you may want to know.

A few practical answers before you request Vector access.

Is Corivio an MMM or attribution platform?

No. Corivio uses those sources as evidence. The goal is to turn measurement into an investment decision, not to force one methodology to replace the others.

Does AI decide the budget?

No. The economics come from models, business rules and constraints. AI helps interpret the question, organize the workflow, surface conflicts and explain the result.

What if our data is incomplete?

Corivio separates observed data, assumptions and gaps. When evidence is weak, the better recommendation may be to test, hold or collect more information instead of forcing a precise answer.

Do I need to share client data to see Vector?

No. The initial Vector workspace uses a realistic agency scenario so you can evaluate the planning logic before sharing client information.

Request Corivio Vector access

Bring one real planning question.

Tell us the planning question you want to explore. We will review the request and share the Corivio Vector workspace when the use case is a fit.
